Wood Fired Pizza
Sunny Side Up Pizza – As usual, we start this pie with a base of homemade creme fraiche from local cows (I know, right?) and then give it a few slices of sweet sausage from Autumn Harvest Farm in Romulus, NY. After that we add a three cheese blend. Then some onion scapes (from the garden). And – living up to its name – we top this pizza off with a farm fresh egg! [$12.00]
Summer Squash and Basil Pizza – We also start this pizza with a base of homemade creme fraiche and then comes locally grown yellow and green summer squash (grated) and then… a three cheese blend… and then… basil (from the garden). Oh and, when we’re done firing this pizza, we finish it with a touch of gray sea salt. [$11.00]

Lemon Cheesecake [$7.00]
Chocolate Flourless Cake [$7.00]
Psst… If you’ve never tried any of the goodies from Sarah’s Patisserie, you are truly missing out.

Are you coming to this weekend’s Peach Festival at Cayuga Ridge? The festival will feature everything-peaches, a live blues band, wood fired pizza and, of course, wine! Hope to see you there.
What’s On The Menu?!
Peach-a Pizza – In celebration of this weekend’s Peach Festival at Cayuga Ridge Estate Winery, Mary Jane whipped up something pretty special. Her Peach-a (Salsa) Pizza starts with a base of creme fraiche base and is topped with a homemade peach salsa – complete with local peaches (of course), local red onion, local grape tomatoes, local sweet & hot peppers, local sweet corn and cilantro. Oh, and, um, before firing we take a big chunk of parmesan cheese and grate a bunch of it over the (yum) peach salsa. [$10.00]
Suggested Wine Pairing: Cayuga Ridge Estate Gewürztraminer
The Prosciutto Pizza – Continued by popular demand, we start this baby with a base of creme fraiche and then top it with prosciutto, garden fresh onion scapes, and a generous dose of freshly grated parmesan cheese. When we’re done firing it, the Prosciutto Pizza is finished with an aged balsamic (yum). [$10.50]
Suggested Wine Pairing: Cayuga Ridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
