What’s on the menu?!

Prosciutto Pizza – with a base of creme fraiche, topped with prosciutto, garlic scapes, and parmesan cheese… finished with a fig balsamic. [$10.50]

Caramelized Onion Pizza – with a base of creme fraiche, topped with local caramelized onions, garlic scapes and parmesan cheese. [$10.00]

PS – In celebration of Family Days on the Cayuga Wine Trail, MJ’s cooking up free wood fired s’mores for kids!

A shout out to all kids whose parents drag them out to the Cayuga Wine Trail with the promise of fun times. (Yeah right mom and dad.)

Here’s how it works. The s’mores are on us (that means FREE) when you visit The Copper Oven at Cayuga Ridge Estate Winery.
