As an alternative to the number of outstanding restaurants that dot the areas wine trails, we invite visitors to experience our version of fast food. We call it “Slow Food On The Go.”

Following the seasons, we prepare wood fired pizza using homegrown and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. And because our organic white clay oven runs at 700-800 degrees you get your food fast (okay, well if you visit when we are super busy then, um…).

Said another way: Slow food on the go is good food fast.

Our organic white clay oven is fired by a local renewable timber source and the disposables we use are either compostable or recyclable.

The Copper Oven is located at Cayuga Ridge Estate Winery, in the center of the Cayuga Wine Trail in the Finger Lakes region.
